We were lucky that the salesperson in charge of this project was also helpful
(not all of them are like this) in helping us to sort out the financial and technical
issues. However, not to exaggerate, one has to admit, that it was in her and Promogim's
interest to finish the commercialisation of the project as soon as possible (we succeeded
to sign the buy within one month after the preliminary contract) -- so I would say that
no one owes anything to no one. Both sides were satisfied at that point.
